Gabriella Achadinha draws on her background in film to merge practices that weaves together video, photography, sound. Her work seeks to engage the digital realm as a space marked by both radical disconnection and intensified connectivity; considering the Otherworldly + the past as liminal strategy, a tool for political inquiry. Her work oscillates between introspection and socio-political critique, often navigating embodied experience through speculative and poetic frameworks. As part of a collaborative practice and network, she founded studio saudari in 2020 in Berlin as a means to foster unrestricted modes of conversation via small publication publishing.
